We may not be able to accommodate orders placed online after hours (6pm) with a delivery or pick-up date for the next morning due to lack of time to prepare and create your design. This includes funeral/visitation flowers for morning services as we have to have the flowers delivered to the locations early in the morning. If an order is placed during the night or after 6pm when we close, we are unable to get back to the flower shop, design it, and deliver it the next morning in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding!
Online orders placed for in-store pick-ups will be ready by 10am if placed within 24hrs of picking up, or 9am if the order is placed more than 24 hrs before picking up.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
